The idea behind this deck in 2008 was to fend off a 2 vs. 1 game that was meant to be a 1 vs. 1 vs. 1 game. I spent an all-nighter having 2 people team up against me. So, I built this deck so they would fight each other. Before this deck, they never fought each other and always went after me first. Ugh.

Don't get me wrong. I don't mind losing a fair game, but 2 on 1 in a non-handicap match isn't fair. We played ten games, then I made this deck. It's pure spells and wasn't intended to be what they called a mass destruction deck. I call it "Panic's Ultimate Revenge" because that's its purpose. LOL.

1 Acid Rain
1 Blackout
1 Comet
1 Crusher Storm
1 Drain Magic
1 Dream Terrain
1 Elemental Rage
1 Fairy Light
1 Fog
1 Freeze Cyclone
1 Frost Needle
2 Gift
1 Haste
1 Holy Word 0
1 Insect Swarm
2 Land Drain
3 Magic Bolt
4 Manna
1 Pain
1 Poison Mind
1 Pressure
1 Refuge
1 Rouetsoleil (Incineration if no E cards allowed)
1 Sculpture
1 Selection
3 Shrink
1 Silence
1 Slow
1 Soul Hunt
2 Squeeze
1 Subsidence
1 Temperance
1 Tempest
1 Theft
1 Trespass
1 Triumph
1 Venomous Boil
1 Wall Transform
1 Waste
1 Word of Recall

This is a "don't piss me off or else" deck. So, here's how it works.

What you're doing is collecting G like crazy, while destroying any threats and casting spells that prevent your opponents from gaining momentum.

To be honest, you should have a big map. This way you can wipe out a multitude of enemies at once.

Use Trespass to get G from your opponents hitting the castle - the more people, the better. Don't do this in a 1 vs. 1 match! You need at least two opponents to pull this off.

The funny thing about this deck is surprise. If someone is on a Kelpie or Doodle Beetle, then use Holy Word 0. Turn your enemies into Statues with Sculpture, then hit them with Acid Rain. To gain G fast, cast Refuge, Manna, Land Drain, Squeeze, and Drain Magic. Use Crusher Storm to destroy all opponents' items! Got a symbol problem? Use Pressure to help your cause.

Don't forget Shrink, Wall Transform, Venomous Boil, Frost Needle, and Insect Swarm to finish them off fast! Remember, it's all about money! Make them spend it on putting out creatures and leveling. Then, after their hard work, Nail them with spells that damage them all. Don't forget to cast Soul Hunt for extra G.

If you see a card you like in an opponent's hand, use Theft. I admit this is just a nasty deck to play against. I have yet to lose. But, be forewarned: if you play it often, no one will want to play you! So, I'm going to make a revision here with some creatures for you to toy with your opponent.

Add 1 Possession, 1 Spiny Agama, and 1 Wolverine as a lure to make them think you're playing a creature deck, when in fact, you're playing the same deck! Sneaky, I know, but they can't say you're not playing creatures now. Possession is in case you want their creatures. Spiny Agama with Greed reflects half damage and get tolls like Wolverine!

Keep your main core spells and dump these four: 1 Magic Bolt, 2 Manna, and 1 Shrink. Add the others as posted minus the numbers on these cards accordingly. Use Slow to get them to pay tolls. When they are about to be exhausted, hit them with Pain. Use your Fairy Light as you'll always have plenty of cards in hand.

Maps don't matter much, even when you add the revisions. Those creatures are decoys! Don't level, just collect and destroy! They'll lose G like crazy putting down creatures and leveling up lands. The downside to this deck is, its mostly spells! So, a good counter might be Land Protection, but even at four cards, it's not enough. Use Comet and mass-effect spells to wipe them out. Use Word of Recall for a quick victory!

After playing a few games though, it gets boring and really isn't much fun for anyone! So, use with caution and only against those you don't care to play with again! That's my warning and advice!

  • Andyman: Warlock: waste of a creature, or seriously underrated? Discuss!
  • Andyman: Fun use for Baldanders: Invade even if you have no chance of victory. For a mere 10G, you might set them up to lose the land in a later round. =D
