Rejoice, Culdcept fans! NIS America has answered your pleas - the outstanding Culdcept Revolt is coming to the Nintendo 3DS this summer! Hard to believe it's been nine years since Culdcept Saga was released here. Eagerly looking forward to playing it in English!
After 10 long years, we finally have the next true Culdcept sequel! The last two both were brought to the West, so we're optimistic that Revolt will come here too. Please help make this happen by asking Nintendo to localize it!
There is a ton of information for the new game, and I'll be updating the site, forum, social media and the chat as time permits. Stay tuned, and if you have any information (especially translations), please help by posting in the forum. Thanks, everyone!
After years of trying to hit a moving target with our webchat on IRC's EFnet, we've finally found a fantastic new chatroom on Discord, thanks to a tip from SBRJCT (you might know him better as one of our HoF deck contributors, TopCat!). Come hang with us - it's not all Culdcept nerd-speak, we promise! lol
For those who don't already know, Culdcept Revolt is the fourth "true" game in the series and is due out for the Nintendo 3DS in Japan in July. Along with the great Culdcept features we all know and love, it is intended to be friendlier to new players, its pace is a bit faster, and it adds some other new gameplay features. It will have over 400 cards, over 200 of which will be new. It also features characters designed by Kinu Nishimura!
You can see the 5/11 Nintendo Direct for Culdcept Revolt here. Enjoy!
Koru the roving reporter strikes again! This time, he's spotted a new Culdcept Revolt trailer, and also discovered that the game is due out in July. But wait - it gets better! Revolt will have over 400 cards and over 200 of them will be new! You can see quite a few of the new cards in the trailer above. Enjoy, and thanks Koru!
Thanks to Koru's sharp eyes, we now know that Culdcept Revolt is coming to the Nintendo 3DS in 2016! It apparently will feature over 200 new cards, as well as having an enhanced system and rules. No word yet on whether it will be the first game in the series since Culdcept Saga to find its way out of Japan, but we're optimistic!

So, I was browsing Culdcept stuff on the web today... and I happened upon THIS:
Xenia Xbox 360 Emulator - Culdcept Saga in-game!
Naturally, I immediately thought FAKE! ... but no! As it turns out, the Xenia Xbox 360 emulator is an actual thing. It also amuses me greatly that they chose our beloved Culdcept Saga to test it out with. Culdra is pleased... very pleased, indeed.
What's it take PC-wise to run it currently, you ask? More than I have, for sure (but that won't stop me from trying to run it on my laptop anyway!) If you're interested in trying it out for yourself, here is a nice pile of links to get you started. Have fun!
