Thanks for the status update.

I played both matches with Jasoya and lost both. The second match, the dice rolls favored him all game, but the match was close to the very end. Gg, hopefully I can still make the playoffs and get to rematch him. Good luck with the rest of your matches.

I also won both matches done with Yagami the first match was completely mine but the second match would prove difficult during the first half. He did a good job at keeping me from gaining a fast lead early and we were head-to-head for the first half the match but thanks to being able to get some key cards and Yagami having an unfortunate roll onto my level 5 land tipped the scale in my favor for the win.

In both matches Yagami stuck through and gave it his best effort even when it was almost hopeless. I even asked if he wanted to concede but he refused and gave it his all. I commend your gaming spirit, Yagami, Hope have some matches with you in the future.

I got to play my second match with HiTMaNxKiNG on my home map. I was able to pull off the win after a sluggish start. He managed to lap around twice to the castle without me getting there once due to the low rolls, but later I managed to get some high rolls and avoid some of his leveled up lands. Good luck with the rest of your matches. I now have one more match left!

I won on both maps against wackyweed. In both matches he came out to strong starts but I managed to claw my way ahead over time.

I'm still 0-3...waiting on my competitors to show up on LIVE.

Good Luck, and let me know which people aren't responding after a few messages. I need this sort of thing documented here, so I can handle forfeit losses / wins if needed. I'd much rather have all the matches played though, so please try your best to arrange your games.

I've tried to link up with itcurtins for quite some time. We both have tried to connect before he got he's new Xbox. When he got that we tried again, after much hounding. Didn't work. After that, time went by and he started getting matches In.. So since than I have sent him numerous live MSG about trying to try again but I haven't got replies back. I see him online, but never a reply about when.

About 10:40, I finally sent him a message stating it was too late for me to start a match and we'd have to play another night. I have not yet gotten a response from him in regards to the missed match.

Needless to say, I'm very frustrated with the situation, especially when he worked so hard to have Maxx allow him back into the competition.

Beena & Djd, I dunno how much help it will be, but when I played him, I caught him just as he logged on in the morning (around 6-7am pacific) and we were able to get both our matches in pretty quickly without any difficulty. Hope you guys can get the schedules to mesh so you can finish your matches up...

YO and I played our two matches tonight.

Our first game was on my home map. YO brought a great deck and had a pretty good start, but my deck was able to catch up, and I got the win.

On X we both played just a bunch of spells and there was no attacking whatsoever. Lies! It was extremely brutal as expected. I avoided a big toll at a critical time, and a few turns later, YO landed on one of my big lands. That match was a toss-up, just like the last time we played there. I was lucky enough to come out on top. GG's YO and good luck to you in the playoffs!

Played a match tonight against Kinectamaniac on my home board. Thanks to a few errors on his part, I was able to pull off the win. Good game Kinect, looking forward to our next battle! (3-5)

Chiploop hasn't responded to any xbox live messages, forum posts or emails. In an effort to get all matches in, he has been replaced with MonkMan87 (forum name The_Rambling_Monk).

Also, the matches chiploop has played will stand since we are in a time crunch now. I will give Monk an extra week to finish his matches if he needs the time. I'll also give him a bit of time to decide on a home map (he's leaning towards Windmill at the moment).

Played my final match with Kinectamaniac today on his home map in a very fun battle which I came out victorious. It was a hard fought battle, but I eventually pulled ahead after leveling up a land and was able to get key cards. Finished the tournament 7-3, hope thats good enough to get into the playoffs. My homemap match with Jp253 was so awesome. I won't give away any strategies, but I made it difficult for Jp253...hehe.

I'm 0-5...but I don't mind, all the games have been really fun.

Only two weeks left to get all your matches in. Again the deadline to get all matches in is April 7th.

7 of those matches will be played by our new alternate - MonkMan87. Monk has a different deadline - he has 3 more weeks to get his matches in (or by April 14th).

Just played my 2nd match against kinectamaniac on his home map. An truly amazing battle went down, and it ended when I took one of his lvl 5 (4?) lands from him, putting me just over the goal. Great games Kinect! (4-5)

Yagami...that was an amazing match!!! It was neck and neck the entire match! Both of us slowly adding to that TG, and I had it...I had the win...just needed to get to the castle. Then you took that Level 4 land from me on your second to last move...when I was practically one dice roll away from the castle, putting you over 7000 TG...and one space from the castle.

As I said last night...I was speechless. I was sure I had that match.

I'm not sure why itscurtins4u would tell you he's unavailable until the 30th. I see him home and playing Black Ops 2 for hours everyday. I messaged him asking about why he said he was unavailable until the 30th...I got no reply.

I would press him to finish his matches, or be replaced in the Tournament...he doesn't really seem to be taking it seriously..or even cares if he's in it or not.

I can tell ya this...he is NOT unavailable until the 30th...he could be playing now if he chose too.

I'd give him a short time to finish his matches, or be replaced.

Yes, I personally know itscurtins4u, he lives a block away from me. I will find out what is going on and report back. There is actually no reason why he would be telling you he's unavailable until the 30th...unless he's basically trying to blow off the Tournament.

Was basically in a depressive cycle this past month on a couple fronts - including that it's very unusual for me to feel worried about my health in general terms - and feeling about as uncompetitive as it gets.

Not saying this as an excuse or anything, but I even got myself committed again last week and tried to pick up an XBL code from Gamestop, and got all sold on a promotional bonus month card only to have it not ring up in their system. So they suggested coming back in a day or two - it's on my way to work so yes... I decided to be stingy about it!

And then they still didn't have it sorted out and I was especially tired from work this weekend and well, it's stupid but also a true story. That's how procrastination gets you kids! I never considered flaking on you, just had a lot of days in a row of not feelin' it. Sorry again.

EDIT: so double checking my opponent list it appears my spot may have been replaced already, if so that's fair and so never mind I guess. I'll leave the post as symbolic anyway.
