Drown is a hyper-aggressive blue deck. While it's not on the level of Freshness or some of the other very aggressive decks, it holds its own while utilizing some of the very defensive critters found in blue. It has classic anti-Magma cards like Freeze Cyclone with Insect Swarm. The Holy Words add a bit of flexibility to make things happen more to your liking. Wind of Hope allows quick processing of the deck. The rest of the deck pretty much speaks for itself.
